3. Faulty Downloads

If you encounter any issues with your downloaded digital content, such as corrupted files or technical errors, please get in touch with us using our Contact Form within 14 days of purchase. We will assess the issue and look to repair or replace any digital content that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described before we determine if a refund is warranted based on the criteria outlined above.

  • Description of the issue encountered
  • Screenshots or other evidence, if applicable

As stated above, as our digital goods are non-tangible, irrevocable products this refund policy does not apply to:

This return and refund policy is applicable to all customers, regardless of location or jurisdiction. UK Delivery & Returns - Physical Products

1. Returns

We accept returns for physical goods within 28 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us using the Contact Form. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the desired item promptly.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately using the Contact Form. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Please provide detailed information about the damage or defect, along with clear photographs if possible, to speed up the resolution process.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also recommend you obtain a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible or compensate for lost packages.
